Saturday\, October 19\, 2024 from 3 to 7 p.m.\, with a concert from 7:30 to 10 p.m. The Evil Laugh Contest brought to you by Z103.com - BWAHAHAHAHA!! Do you cackle like a witch or crack-up like a mad man? Let us hear your laugh! Come to Rotary Park and meet Z103.com's Monte Sieberns and record your laugh with him! Eerie Legends &amp\; Lores\, 3 to 6 p.m. Spooky local stories shared by the Theatre Guild Act II at stations throughout downtown. Soups\, Stews &amp\; Sweets 3 to 7 p.m. Enjoy frightfully delicious soups\, stews\, sweets and other menu items at participating downtown eateries. Ghouls Night Out\, 3 to 7 p.m. Spook-tacular shopping experience downtown where participating shops will have exclusive discounts for those in costume. There is no need to register ahead of time\, but there will be some in-store drawings. Inferno Alley 5 to 7 p.m.\, Washington St. Fire dancers and other performers will provide spine-tingling entertainment. Night of the Crow Concert 7:30 to 10 p.m. A live concert full of hauntingly good music and eerie vibes for all to enjoy. Herald Press Building Parking Lot\, 7 N.
