We are so excited to open our Fieldhouse to craft vendors to showcase their unique crafts! We loved having all of the different types of vendors that we had last year and the year before. This year our event will be on November 15th from 3pm to 7pm. We will be in The Fieldhouse in the Huntington University Plex. Please Note Vendors will need to bring their own tables and chairs or set up displays. Each Vendor space is roughly a 10x12 space and cost is $30. We do have some outlets available\, please make sure to note that. Also make sure you are giving us all of the details about your Vendor. It helps us make sure you are not next to someone who does the same thing. We will only take one consultant from company vendors\, such as Scentsy\, Pamper Chef\, Pink Zebra\, etc.We are a Christian Institution\, and we do not support the selling of Alcohol\, Tabacco\, or products that have explicit language. Any vendor with those products will be asked to remove those products or leave the Night Market. If you have questions\, please email Shawnna Esque at sesque@huntington.eduOnce we have received your form\, we will then email you to let you know about your spot. Then you will be able to send in your payment or set up a time to meet Coach Esque. Please Note that Coach Shawnna Esque is the lead on this and if you are emailed\, or messaged by a different person\, please do not send money.The Huntington University Cheer Team is doing this event as a fundraiser for new cheer mats/ other cheer equipment. We ask that each vendor donates an item that we would be able to use during our raffle. All of the Money made from the Raffle will be going to the Million Meals Project.We are excited this year to open the Night Market up to some Food Trucks as well as a special guest.... Santa Claus.
