DESCRIPTION:Salamonie Lake will offer two separate Eagle Watches Feb. 8 
 and 15\, from 3:30 p.m. – dusk. Each will meet at the Uppe
 r Wabash Interpretive Center\, located in Salamonie Lake’s
  Lost Bridge West SRA. Interested participants should call a
 nd speak to UWIS staff to register and choose a date. Partic
 ipants will tour some of the areas where eagles are often vi
 ewed\, followed by an eagle program with a campfire at one o
 f our shelters. Hotdogs and treats will be available for fre
 e will donation\, sponsored by Friends of Upper Wabash Inter
 pretive Services. Participants will also meet a bird of prey
  from Salamonie Lake’s Raptor Center. Upon arrival\, parti
 cipants may visit the interpretive center’s restrooms and 
 return to vehicles to prepare for the caravan. - Participant
 s should dress for the weather\; if available\, bring binocu
 lars\, cameras\, and spotting scopes. - Shared visual aids w
 ill be available onsite. - Be sure to have plenty of fuel in
  your gas tank. We will caravan. - There will be some walkin
 g on flat surfaces. Those who need accessible parking should
