Every June, the heart of Huntington comes alive with one of the community's most beloved traditions, Huntington Heritage Days. For more than six decades, this annual celebration has brought together families, friends, businesses, organizations, and visitors to honor the people, history, and spirit that make Huntington County special. The 2026 festival will take place June 10–14 and carries the patriotic theme "America's 250th Celebration" as our nation marks its semi quincentennial.
What makes Heritage Days unique isn't just the attractions—it's the feeling. It's neighbors catching up along downtown sidewalks, children experiencing carnival rides for the first time, volunteers working behind the scenes, and generations gathering to create new memories while celebrating Huntington's rich heritage.
