Join us for a evening where we offer different instruments playing Harmoniously to help balance the yin/yang energies in your body. The evening will start out with connection through guided meditation, Sound Bath, close with deep breath full body balancing with crystals! Investment in yourself will be $30. Please bring yoga Mat, cushion, Blankets one for comfort as temperature can drop in the immersion experience of our sound offerings and water receptacle ( comfort nest) Crystal's you may want to use , face mask or scarf for eyes for deeper session.
