The Huntington County Master Gardener Fall Plant Sale is just in time for fall planting! The sale will be held at the Historic Forks of the Wabash* Pavilion, Saturday, September 7, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Perennials are often planted in the fall because they have a good chance of getting acclimated to a new home with proper care. All are welcome to stop and see the selection of plants available as well as to learn more about fall planting.
*The Historic Forks of the Wabash is a historic museum and park in Huntington, Indiana. It features several types of heirloom gardens, historic buildings including the Chief's House, trails, remnants of the Wabash and Erie Canal, event spaces to rent, tours and more!
