Mark your Calendar for the 20th Annual Warren Scarecrow Festival! Check out all of the Scarecrows competing in the Scarecrow Contest throughout the town of Warren, then head to town on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m. for Halloween fun! There will be the annual costume parade and contest, games and prizes for the kids, food trucks, treats and more!! Free to attend. Food available for purchase.
