Historic Warren Main Street will be hosting a ART SHOW at the 2026 Salamonie Summer Festival! Along with the Art Show there will also be a separate contest “The Repurposed Project”! The Art Show will have 2 categories: Adult (13 & older) and Youth (12 & under) One winner in each category will be determined by people’s choice vote with each winner receiving a $50 prize. The Repurposed Project Contest will also be people’s choice vote with 3 winners, one from each category, each receiving a $25 prize. Come Celebrate Americas 250th in Andrews Indiana

The Senior Luncheon will be held at noon, July 3 at the Salamonie Lake Interpretive Center, located in Lost Bridge West SRA. Anyone age 50 or older is welcome to attend. Upper Wabash Interpretive Staff celebrates America’s 250th year at the luncheon by presenting live native birds of prey from the Salamonie Raptor Center. Interpretive Naturalist Teresa Rody said, “Our native birds of prey are one of the many success stories of our country’s care for the environment. Participants will get to see these birds up close and hear about other birds not in the care of the Salamonie Raptor Center, such as bald eagles and osprey.”
