Welcome Candy Evans to the L4L Community of instructors
Hi everyone!!! My name is Candy Evans, and I am excited to teach kickboxing at L4L Community Studios. I’m a certified personal trainer who truly believes the body is meant to move. I’m certified in Les Mills BodyCombat, BodyPump, core training, and spin, and I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable through consistent movement. I have a deep love for running and lifting and strongly believe in cross-training to keep the body balanced, healthy, and injury-free.
I’m especially passionate about group exercise and the energy that comes from moving together—support, accountability, and having fun while working hard. For me, exercise is just as important for mental health as it is for physical strength, helping reduce stress and improve overall quality of life. Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me running, hiking, reading, or spending time with my family—especially in my newest role as a proud grandmother to Penelope.
I hope to see you Wednesdays at 5:30pm!! We will punch and kick our way to a healthier version of ourselves!
